Onze aanpak bestaat uit drie pijlers; een AI innovatieroute op basis van aanwezige data en benchmarkgegevens, advies en begeleiding in wat wij noemen workforce innovation dat draait om acceptatie, integratie en gebruik van technologie door medewerkers in je organisatie en educatie waarin we medewerkers enthousiasmeren en opleiden op de werkplek al dan niet behulp van aanwezige innovatiecoaches in het bedrijf.

A collaboration of companies, educational institutions and campuses in the Euregio that has led to the accelerated preparation of 75 talents for the most requested competencies in the IT field. Welcome! We are ViaM., a consultancy that provides expertise and execution power for companies that want to innovate and invest in the future fitness of their company.
