With a Master in Personnel and Organization and a track record in education in the field of Hackathons and Digitization projects, Janou has built up a lot of knowledge and experience, especially in the public domain. She has been responsible for community building and TalentDevelopment within the Smart Services Campus. Here she has connected an international network of companies, educational institutions and government bodies and parties in various collaborative projects. One of these is the international traineeship - the Train4smartservices work-learning program.
With an International certification as a Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a track record in marketing, customer excellence and change management, Sylvia has built up a lot of knowledge and experience, especially in the financial sector. Within the pension sector and private SME sector, she has been responsible for guiding transformations towards a customer-oriented organization. She was at the start of the development of the Smart Services Campus from founding father APG. Here Sylvia and Janou got to know each other and put their shoulders together to build the Brightlands Smart Services Campus, the ecosystem and initiatives from this that have given an impulse to the development of an industrious region and a healthy Euregional labor market.
